Drop the kids off in Melrose for a fun jewellery making workshop just for kids.
In this silver workshop your child will be coming home with a custom made sterling silver ring that they have hand crafted themselves. What could be more awesome?!
This session is especially for young people, ideally 10-16, but catering for as young as 6 if they are focussed enough. A kids-only session allows them the chance to learn and create without becoming overwhelmed.
We will be using a variety of jewellery tools and silversmithing techniques including, hand piercing, forming, soldering, texturing and polishing.
All materials are provided.
Lunch is also provided. Please advise dietary requirements.
Please tie long hair back, wear closed shoes and bring your reading glasses if you need them.
FAQs
Are there minimum age requirements to enter the event?
There is no minimum age requirement , however we will be using flames, hammers and chemicals. A certain level of coordination and patience is required. For this session, the upper age is 16.

What’s the refund policy?
Cancellations within 48 hours will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours will not receive a refund.
